Description
This project comprised the construction of 23Nr 1-bedroom apartments, together with staff facilities. It is part of the Rough Sleeping Accommodation program and is designed to provide housing for individuals transitioning from homelessness. The development includes an office facility and parking for up to 19 vehicles. Each apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, including a washing machine. The units received an ‘EPC B’ rating and include air source heat pump hot water cylinders and electric heating. Externally there is a communal garden including a large area of grass and wildflower.
