Currently enrolled at Liverpool John Moores University, Thomas is undertaking a Degree Apprenticeship in which he will obtain an honours degree in Quantity Surveying as well as completing his RICS qualifications. Thomas joined Wilkinson Cowan fresh out of Sixth Form in 2018 as an apprentice. Since then, Thomas has quickly adapted to a work environment and grown into the role of a young Quantity Surveyor and fitted in seamlessly. Thomas has used his determination and eagerness to learn, and rapidly picked up the required skillset to assist with project managing. In such short time as a Quantity Surveyor, Thomas (while shadowed by a director) has chaired site meetings, assisted clients in the handing over process and so much more.
Personal
Away from work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family. With a willingness to explore, Thomas regularly travels with his family to see different cultures and try new food. Thomas is keen to keep fit and visits the gym as often as possible, as well as the occasional mountain bike ride. As a big enthusiast for cars, Thomas takes pleasure in reading up on the latest car releases and motor news. Thomas finds time to relax by watching the latest box office films or, less relaxingly so, supporting his favourite football team.
