Alan graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2007 where he achieved a 1st class BSc(Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
During his 12 years working within the construction industry Alan has gained significant experience in contract administration, design, defect diagnoses, clerk of Works duties and assets management. Since joining Wilkinson Cowan in January 2017, Alan has gained further valuable experience working alongside public and private clients bringing his work ethic and ability to communicate with all parties involved to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
Personal
In this spare time Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
In-between ferrying his kids around to various activities Alan enjoys cooking for his family, reading, listening to music and occasionally attending the gym.
