Tom Lamb

Tom joined Wilkinson Cowan Partnership in January 2015 and has since been involved in a number of projects with our Housing Association clients.
Tom’s past experience includes Project Management, Cost control, Procurement Agreements, Asset Management, Site Management, Principal Designer, Contract administration and Team management. Tom’s background in housing and managing teams of people gives him a detailed understanding of how they operate allowing him to offer the service they require.
Tom’s role within the organisation involves direct contact with clients and contactors delivering a variety of projects including housing and education. Tom has vast experience of delivering Section 106 affordable housing for housing association clients in the North West and North East.
Tom is currently working towards completing a NEBOSH National Diploma to expand his Health and Safety knowledge. Tom has acted as Principal Designer on several community benefit projects for Wigan and Leigh Housing together with working on major Private Sector Schemes in Manchester, Warrington and Birmingham for Manchester Life and The Street Group.
Tom also Project Manages several ‘Section 106’ sites and also acting as Employers Agent and Principal Designer for various clients on Design and Build projects. He has built up strong relationships with clients while delivering a high standard of professionalism and competency, he can adapt to a variety of organisation cultures and requirements.

Tom is a family man who loves spending time with his children.
