Chris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience working in the construction industry.
Chris joined Wilkinson Cowan in 2013, during his time at the company Chris has seen his role diversify and he now carries out a variety of roles such as Commercial Management, Contract Administrator and Employers Agent. Whilst at the company Chris has gained valuable experience working with public sector clients such as Local Authorities, Education Departments and Housing Associations. Chris has also gained experience of working with private sector clients within the Pharmaceutical and Leisure sectors.
Chris has highly developed interpersonal skills that allows him to work collaboratively with all members of a project team in an enthusiastic manner, he is self-motivated, can cope with a variety of tasks, enjoys a challenge and always puts the needs of client first when acting on their behalf.
Personal
Away from the office Chris focusses a lot of his attention around his family making sure his children get to football, swimming and dance lessons on a weekly basis.
As well as concentrating on family life Chris is an avid football fan and follows his beloved Bolton Wanderer’s. Chris has many hobbies which include playing football, attending the gym, walking, cycling, gardening and socialising with family and friends
