Professional
James’ professional abilities gained through experience within the construction industry enable him to provide a practical perspective on a vast array of building surveying practices, having acquired experience of working in the construction industry within a Site Management position for various construction schemes that range in value, program period and clientele.
Since 2013 James has obtained experience as a building surveyor and contract administrator, working across many varying sectors including, but not limited to; education, manufacturing, health care, mental health care, social housing, catering, ecclesiastical, office space, civil engineering and residential.
His academic proficiency has also been the recipient of COIB recognition for innovation, acknowledgement which James seeks to commensurate within his professional practice, working towards dual accreditation with the RICS and CIOB.
Personal
Away from his professional career, James fills his spare time rebuilding classic cars and attending various race meetings throughout the year.
He is also a keen musician playing guitar and drums, much to his girlfriends and neighbours dismay.
