Ben Graduated from Leeds University in 1999, with a degree in Media & Cultural Studies, before deciding in his mid-20’s that a career in construction beckoned!
He joined WCP in 2004 as a graduate trainee, and in 2007 completed a post-graduate Diploma in Surveying via the College of Estate Management. Ever since joining WCP, Ben has specialised in the delivery of various types of affordable housing projects for our many and varied RSL clients. These include general needs housing across all tenures, as well supported housing of various types, including refurbishment, adaptation and new build projects.
Personal
When Ben isn’t busy ferrying his young kids between activities, he tries to achieve a happy balance between the competing interests of all things food and drink related, with the more active but clichéd middle-aged pursuits of road cycling and hill-walking.
He and his family are also keen campers, and love exploring near and far in search of the perfect setting for a camp fire. He is an avid reader and music fan, and in any moments of quiet will be busy with one or the other.
