After finishing Altrincham Grammar School Mark attended Stockport and Salford College to study Quantity Surveying before starting his career at a Manchester QS practice.

After 10 years Mark moved to Wilkinson Cowan Partnership as a Quantity Surveyor and it was here Mark furthered his career moving up through the company eventually being appointed as a Partner in 1997 and on to Director in 2010 when the Partnership changed to a Limited company.

Mark has extensive industry experience, on both new build and refurbishment projects, regularly acting in the roles of Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager, and Project Manager. Mark has been responsible for delivering projects ranging in value from £100,000.00, up to £15,000,000.00, and has been instrumental in delivering projects, and achieving the time, cost and quality standards demanded by our clients.

Personal

Mark is a family man who enjoys spending quality time with his children and grandchildren both at home and at the caravan in North Wales where he enjoys relaxing. Mark is always lucky with the weather in North Wales which enables him to enjoy water sports before settling down for a few pints in the sunshine outside one of his favourite pubs!

Sport is very important to Mark, as an avid Manchester United fan he attends matches with his family. Most mornings you will find Mark working out at the gym before work keeping himself fit for weekends playing Golf.
