Wilkinson Cowan Partnership Ltd formed as a private Quantity Surveying practice in 1980 by Malcolm Wilkinson and John Cowan.

Over the years the company has continuously evolved and with the wide-ranging experience brought in to the practice by appointment of our more recent company directors Mark Davies, Derek Humphreys, Mark Jensen and Ben Dawson. We now provide bespoke professional building consultancy services offering traditional quantity surveying together with project management, building surveying, health and safety, employers agent, clerk of works and project monitoring to name just a few.

We have the advantage of offices across the North West. Our geographical location enables us to undertake work throughout the UK and national businesses and organisations feature amongst our regular clients.

To accommodate our continued growth, in 2015 we relocated our head office to larger premises in Cheadle Hulme, a move which has benefited the company immensely. Our Head Office is now located on Ladybridge Road in Cheadle Hulme in close proximately to, Manchester Airport, the train station and the motorway network with readily accessible international, national and local transport links.

Over the years our client base has grown with Clients who fully appreciate our ability to deliver a quality service, on time, and to suit their individual needs. We feel that the amount of repeat business we enjoy demonstrates our success, ability and first-class performance.
