In 2015, Josh embarked on his professional journey at WCP, commencing as a Business Administration Apprentice. However, driven by a desire to immerse himself in the Construction Industry, he later transitioned to a Construction Apprenticeship within the company. This move allowed him to gain a foothold in the industry and acquire invaluable on-the-job experience, enriching his skill set.
Josh’s role today holds a diverse array of responsibilities, centred on providing crucial health and safety support to individuals and organisations. This role seamlessly blends onsite and office work, affording him the flexibility to adapt to varying demands and environments.
Among his proudest accomplishments, Josh can boast the successful completion of the NEBOSH Certificate and the IMaPS certification. These achievements reflect his commitment to competence and professional development.
Outside the professional arena, Josh revels in a range of sporty activities. He finds relaxation and enjoyment in a game of golf, he loves football, dedicates time to maintaining his fitness at the gym, and enjoys time spent socialising with friends which demonstrates his balanced approach to life, where personal fulfilment complements his dedication to his career at WCP, making him a valuable asset to the organisation.
