Tom joined WCP in 2015. Prior to his association with the business, he had already gained substantial experience in Project Management, Cost Control, Procurement Agreements, Asset Management, Site Management, Principal Designer responsibilities, Contract Administration, and effective Team Management. Obtaining skills which are a testament to his ability to oversee complex projects.
One of Tom’s key areas of specialisation centres around CDM (Construction Design and Management) and Construction Health and Safety. Tom holds a NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards in the construction industry.
Tom’s current role entails his active involvement in a diverse range of projects spanning across the North West and beyond. His prior experience with a housing provider provides him with a unique perspective on project operations, offering invaluable insights into this sector. Outside work life, Tom finds enjoyment in the simple pleasures of life. Immersing himself in music, a source of relaxation and inspiration, and indulges in the excitement of watching football. These personal time pursuits complement his professional dedication, highlighting his well-rounded character.
